Features

Advanced hydraulic system regulates variable head feed rate for hands free cutting and incorporates a hydraulics on demand system so pump runs only when vises and head control are in use. It's quiet and keeps oil temperature low for trouble-free performance.
Guide arms are the key to getting straight cuts so they are vertically mounted for more rigidity and feature self-adjusted inserts which can be easily released and tightened with a knurled knob.
Vises—quick set ratchet type. Clamping in front and back of the blade for less than a 2" remnant and minimized burr.
Smart feed system will multiple feed 9-times up to 16" in a single stroke with an accuracy of 0.2mm. Feed length adjusts easily using handwheel and read-out is conveniently mounted on machine front. Quick change stock system utilizes a vice with ratchet and pawl, 2.5 hardened rails.
Cutting data indicator helps operator select best blade and head descend speed based on stock material, size and shape.
